Recognised Sponsor with the IND

As a Recognised Sponsor with the IND (Immigration and Naturalisation Service), we can place your international employees on our payroll and act as their legal employer. This is very beneficial and might seriously safe time if your organisation is not (yet) recognised by the IND and not listed in the public register of Recognised Sponsors.

Work permit and residence permit

52North makes it possible for international employees to work in the Netherlands temporarily or for a more extended period. For non-EU workers, a work permit and depending on the duration a residence permit are required. For non-European employees who want to live and work in the Netherlands, specific requirements apply. For example, a highly skilled migrant’s employer must be established in the Netherlands, and also be registered as a Recognised Sponsor. 52North can perform this role for you.
